You can hide your partition using NoDrive Manager Software. You can also do this manual but i think this maybe hard for most of the people who wants to hide there Drive from there Windows , Windows XP and Windows Vista.

  ** To Hide your Drive select it from NoDrive Manager and Then Click Write current settings to the registry .
  ** To Unhide The Hidden Drive Select it and Then Click Write current settings to the registry .
